This session is the perfect way to get a feel for what our full KGHypnobirthing course offers. Discover practical relaxation techniques, learn how hypnobirthing works, and ask any questions you might have in a friendly, informal setting.
Tickets are £15 per person. Please note that each ticket admits one person only. This session is designed for couples, although if you would like to come on your own, that’s fine too! If you are coming as a couple please ensure you purchase two tickets.
