Terms and Conditions for booking at Imagine Play Café

Thank you for choosing to visit Imagine Play Café! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and adhere to the following terms and conditions when making a booking.

Food and Drink Policy
No food or drink from outside is permitted within the café or play areas. We offer a wide selection of food and beverages for you to enjoy during your visit.

Footwear Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, shoes must be removed before entering the village play area. Socks must be worn at all times. We recommend bringing extra socks for your comfort.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
For play sessions only – A 72-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, if applicable.
For Party sessions A 4-week notice is required for all cancellations. Please note that the deposit for party bookings is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Respecting Staff and Other Guests
We ask that all guests show respect to the staff and other children playing at the café. Any disruptive behaviour, including inappropriate language, unsafe actions, or disrespect to others, will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate removal of the guest from the premises.

Health and Safety
We prioritise the health and safety of all our visitors. Please adhere to any safety guidelines provided by our staff and make sure children are supervised at all times while in the play areas.

All children must be supervised by an adult and remain inside Imagine Play Café venue for the duration of the play session.

Keep a close eye on little ones, especially those under 3, as Imagine Play Café features various props. Some toys are small and may need extra attention.

Liability
By booking, you agree to take responsibility for the safety and well-being of your children during their visit. Imagine Play Café is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur while on the premises.
